BACK UP BUSINESS DOCUMENTS
........ON AUTOPILOT
Many organizations don’t back up more than a critical server and maybe a handful of workstations. But now, there’s an affordable way to protect business documents on workstations. The Backup Documents will automatically back up your computers documents twice per day. And with our vendor global cloud network, we can easily restore versions to any location in the world. Backup Documents provides our clients with greater protection against document loss from hardware failures, accidental deletions, or even ransomware.

Data centers in 7 countries globally
ISO / IEC 27001:2005 Europe & Australia
SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type II North America
99.99999 uptime record 24x7x365 security
Earthquake and flood/moisture protection
We co-locate our backup solution with global providers that have data centers in 40 markets in 21 countries on 5 continents. Our backup and recovery solution has protected customer data for over 16 years, and today we use data centers in seven countries around the world: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, and the United States. Your backup data is stored in your country: Asia-Pacific country backups are stored in Australia, Canadian data in Canada, French data in France, Dutch data in the Netherlands, German data in Germany, European data in the nearest data center (France, Germany, the Netherlands), UK data in the UK, and US data in the USA.
INFORMATION SECURITY : When it comes to backup and data storage, our data centers meet strict compliance and security standards. North American data centers are SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type II certified, and European and Australian data centers are ISO 27001 certified.
PHYSICAL SECURITY: Each data center provides 24x7x365 security, including biometric hand geometry readers for every door and server cage. CCTV digital cameras cover the entire data center, including cages with detailed surveillance and audit logs. Shipping and receiving areas are walled off from co-location areas, equipment is checked upon arrival, and critical areas have windowless exteriors.
All data centers are equipped with full uninterruptable power supplies, backup systems, and N+1 (or greater) redundancy. Data centers are built above sea level and have no basements, which protects against flooding. Moisture sensors and barriers, dedicated pumps, and more protect against water damage, and all data centers meet or exceed local building codes for seismic design for earthquake protection.
